Dave Barnette

Dave Barnette has been Manager at Engineering Associates Inc.’s Sherwood, OR office since May 2010, where he oversees all engineering activities for Quanta Services Telecommunications and external carrier accounts.

Prior to joining Engineering Associates, Dave was Engineering Coordinator for North Sky Communications, a Quanta Services company, for three years where he managed engineering operations for all commercial accounts (Verizon, Integra, Alaska Communications, Wahkiakum Telecom, Toledo Telephone) including deployment to thousands of Multi Residential Units (MRUs).

Prior to North Sky Communications, Dave worked at Cascade Utilities for 11 years as Engineering Manager. Duties in this position included directing day-to-day engineering operations, including Fiber Optic, copper cable, DLC layout, and mapping. Prior to Cascade Utilities, Dave worked for Sprint as a Routine Engineer, providing engineering services for customers needs.
