Mr. White began his career with Engineering Associates in 1998 as a field service trainee / inspector. Due to his performance and ambition he progressed to staking engineer, resident engineer and presently, Field Services Manager. During this period he has been involved in several facets of outside plant construction including aerial, buried, underground, copper and fiber.
Mr. White has also helped develop and refine the outside plant design and implementation methods utilized by Engineering Associates.
He has special expertise in the planning and permitting of large outside plant projects and in the administration of multiple large outside plant contracts. He has also directed and administered the construction of large RUS-based projects for Darien Communications (HFC) and Brantley Telephone (FTTH). Further, Mr. White also has an understanding of Microstation® and AutoCAD® applications. He managed the database and facility placement for Darien Communications. Mr. White also directs smaller projects and permitting for several other telephone companies as well. He currently directs a staff of thirty (30) field engineers, senior field engineers and inspectors in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
This outside plant specialist has a comprehensive understanding of the requirements, processes and procedures necessary to develop a reliable communications network in a cost-effective manner.
