As Engineering Associates' Systems Engineering Manager, Mr. Neal has extensive experience helping clients update their networks to support IP-based services including video and VoIP services. He has developed feasibility studies, business and marketing plans, and successfully designed and deployed new networks supporting IP and RF video headends, VoIP and traditional voice systems, and high-speed data for companies such as Darien Telephone Company, Progressive Rural Telephone Company, Bullock Rural Telephone Cooperative, Comsouth Telesys and Plant Telephone Company. These designs include state-of-the-art networks supporting Ethernet and SONET FTTH and ADSL2+ access systems. He has also designed and implemented VoIP switching, broadband access systems, incumbent access for collocations, and large-scale metro networks for CLECs such as AmeriMex Communications, Access Integrated Networks and AllCall Communications.
Mr. Neal's background includes Business Administration studies at Kennesaw State University and Electronics and Computer Studies in the United States Air Force, as well as specialized training in digital switching, SONET, and data communications.
